How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" on the top-right corner or visit the login page. You can register with your email address or sign in with Google. It's free and takes less than a minute.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across India. Online payment options including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets will be introduced soon.
How do I track my order?
After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also visit the Order Tracking page or check your profile for real-time updates.
What is the return policy?
Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition. Some categories (like perishables or custom items) may have different policies. Check the product page for details, or read our full Returns & Refunds policy.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum order amount! You can buy a single item. Orders above ₹499 qualify for free delivery.
Selling
Is it free to sell on 69Shop.in?
Yes! There are zero listing fees for new sellers. You only pay a small commission when you make a sale. Sign up as a seller to get started.
How do I become a verified seller?
After creating a seller account, complete the verification process by providing your business details and ID proof. Verification typically takes 24–48 hours and gives you a "Verified" badge on your listings.
How do I get paid?
Payments are processed automatically after order delivery confirmation. Funds are transferred to your registered bank account, typically within 3–5 business days. You can track your earnings in the Seller Payments dashboard.
Can I sell services as well as products?
Yes! 69Shop.in supports both product listings and service bookings. Visit our Services page to see how service providers connect with customers for photography, tutoring, beauty services, and more.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Premium sellers often offer 2-day express delivery. Delivery time varies by location and seller — check the product page for estimates.
Do you deliver across all of India?
We deliver to most serviceable PIN codes across India. Some remote locations may have longer delivery times. Enter your PIN code on the product page to check delivery availability.
Is shipping free?
Orders above ₹499 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee applies based on the delivery location. Read our Shipping Policy for full details.
