4. How to Request a Return

  1. Go to your Profile and find the order under "My Orders"
  2. Click "Return/Exchange" on the item you wish to return
  3. Select the reason for return from the dropdown
  4. Upload photos of the product (required for defective/damaged claims)
  5. Choose your preferred resolution: Refund, Replacement, or Store Credit
  6. Submit the return request
  7. You will receive a confirmation email with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

5. Return Process

  1. Request submitted: Your return request is logged and an RMA number is generated
  2. Seller review: The seller reviews the request within 1-2 business days
  3. Approval/Rejection: Seller approves or provides a reason for rejection
  4. Return shipping: If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions. For defective/wrong items, a prepaid return label may be provided
  5. Package inspection: The seller inspects the returned item within 2 business days of receipt
  6. Resolution: Refund, replacement, or store credit is processed
