Returns & Refund Policy
Quick Summary: Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Contact support@69shop.in for any return or refund queries.
1. Return Eligibility
Products purchased on 69Shop.in are eligible for return under the following conditions:
- Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- All tags, labels, and accessories are intact
- The product is not damaged by the customer
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order ID) is available
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following categories are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival:
- Perishable goods (groceries, fresh food items)
- Personal hygiene products (undergarments, swimwear)
- Beauty products that have been opened or used
- Customised or personalised items
- Digital products and downloadable software
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on the listing page

4. How to Request a Return
- Go to your Profile and find the order under "My Orders"
- Click "Return/Exchange" on the item you wish to return
- Select the reason for return from the dropdown
- Upload photos of the product (required for defective/damaged claims)
- Choose your preferred resolution: Refund, Replacement, or Store Credit
- Submit the return request
- You will receive a confirmation email with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
Alternatively, email support@69shop.in with your order ID, reason, and photos.
5. Return Process
- Request submitted: Your return request is logged and an RMA number is generated
- Seller review: The seller reviews the request within 1-2 business days
- Approval/Rejection: Seller approves or provides a reason for rejection
- Return shipping: If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions. For defective/wrong items, a prepaid return label may be provided
- Package inspection: The seller inspects the returned item within 2 business days of receipt
- Resolution: Refund, replacement, or store credit is processed
6. Return Shipping
- Defective / Wrong product: Return shipping is free (paid by 69Shop.in or the seller)
- Change of mind: Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer
- Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, use secure packaging to prevent transit damage
- Tracking: Always use a tracked shipping method. 69Shop.in is not responsible for items lost during return transit without tracking

Partial refunds may be issued if the product shows signs of use, missing tags, or the return does not meet all eligibility criteria.
8. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the replacement product costs more, you will need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, the difference will be refunded
- Exchanges follow the same return process outlined above
9. Cancellations
- Before shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at no charge
- After shipment: You must wait for delivery and then initiate a return
- How to cancel: Go to your profile, find the order, and click "Cancel Order", or email support@69shop.in
10. Seller Disputes
If you disagree with a seller's decision on your return request:
- Contact support@69shop.in with your RMA number and details
- Our support team will mediate between you and the seller
- 69Shop.in reserves the right to make a final decision on disputed returns
- Decisions will be communicated within 5 business days
