1. Shipping Overview
69Shop.in is a multi-vendor marketplace. Products are shipped directly by individual sellers from their warehouses or fulfilment centres across India. Shipping timelines and methods may vary by seller and product.
2. Order Processing
- Processing time: 1-2 business days after order confirmation
- Business days: Monday to Saturday (excluding national holidays)
- Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after placing the order
- Shipment notification: A tracking number and carrier details will be shared via email once the order is dispatched
3. Delivery Timelines

Free shipping: Many sellers offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 2,000. Check individual product listings for shipping details.

4. Shipping Partners
Our sellers use the following logistics partners:
- Bluedart - Premium express delivery
- Delhivery - Pan-India coverage with tracking
- DTDC - Nationwide delivery network
- Ecom Express - E-commerce focused logistics
- India Post - For remote and rural areas
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
- Track your order on the Order Tracking page or in your Profile
- You can also track directly on the carrier's website using the AWB (Airway Bill) number
- Real-time status updates are available: Confirmed, Processing, Shipped, Out for Delivery, Delivered
6. Delivery Attempts
- The carrier will attempt delivery up to 3 times
- If all 3 attempts fail, the package will be returned to the seller (RTO - Return to Origin)
- In case of RTO, a refund will be processed after the seller receives the returned package
- Ensure your phone number is reachable - the delivery agent may call before delivery
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
- Inspect your package at the time of delivery
- If the package appears damaged, you may refuse delivery
- Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery to support@69shop.in with unboxing photos/video
- Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution
8. Unserviceable Areas
Some pin codes may not be serviceable by our shipping partners. If your delivery address falls in an unserviceable area:
- You will be notified during checkout
- The order will not be processed, and any payment will be refunded
- You can check delivery availability using the pin code checker on product pages
