Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between 69Shop.in ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("Seller", "you") when you register as a seller on our marketplace. By registering, you agree to comply with all terms outlined herein.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To become a seller on 69Shop.in, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid GST registration (for applicable businesses)
- Provide accurate business documentation (PAN, Address Proof)
- Have a valid bank account for receiving payments
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations
2. Seller Verification
All sellers must complete our verification process which includes:
- Basic Verification: PAN card, business address proof
- GST Verification: Valid GSTIN for tax compliance
- MSME Verification: Udyam registration (if applicable)
- Bank Verification: Bank account details for payouts
Verification Benefits
Verified sellers receive a trust badge, priority listing, and faster payouts. Complete verification typically takes 2-3 business days.
3. Commission Structure
69Shop.in charges a commission on each successful sale. The commission varies by seller tier:

4. Product Listing Guidelines
All products listed on 69Shop.in must:
- Have accurate descriptions and specifications
- Include genuine, high-quality product images
- Be priced competitively and transparently
- Comply with all applicable laws (no counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items)
- Have appropriate inventory levels to fulfill orders
4.1 Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Counterfeit or replica products
- Weapons and ammunition
- Drugs and controlled substances
- Adult content without proper categorization
- Stolen or illegally obtained goods
- Items that infringe intellectual property rights
5. Order Fulfillment
Sellers are required to:
- Process orders within 24-48 hours of receipt
- Ship items within the specified timeframe
- Provide accurate tracking information
- Use secure and appropriate packaging
- Maintain a fulfillment rate of at least 95%
6. Returns and Refunds
Sellers must honor the platform's return policy:
- Accept returns within 7 days for defective products
- Process refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving returned items
- Cover return shipping costs for defective items
- Communicate promptly with customers regarding return requests
7. Payment Terms
Payments to sellers are processed as follows:
- Payments are released after successful delivery confirmation
- A 7-day hold period applies for new sellers
- Minimum payout threshold: ₹500
- Payments are made via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
- GST invoices are generated automatically for each settlement
8. Performance Standards
Sellers must maintain the following metrics:
- Order Defect Rate: Below 1%
- Cancellation Rate: Below 2.5%
- Late Shipment Rate: Below 4%
- Customer Response Time: Within 24 hours
Performance Violations
Consistent failure to meet performance standards may result in account suspension or termination. We provide warnings and support before taking such actions.
9. Intellectual Property
By listing products, you confirm that:
- You have the right to sell the products
- Product listings do not infringe on third-party rights
- All trademarks and copyrights are used with authorization
- You will respond to IP infringement claims within 48 hours
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement:
- Seller may close their account with 30 days notice (after fulfilling pending orders)
- Platform may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
- Outstanding payments will be settled within 30 days of termination
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be:
- First attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation
- Escalated to mediation if negotiation fails
- Subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India
